The answer is simple – I’ve been where you are. I know first-hand what it’s like to struggle with weight loss and emotional eating. Who better to help you achieve your health goals than someone who’s been there and done that? I still struggle myself. Why? Because I’m real and doing this the right way. I’m not a 120-pound woman who’s never had to lose more than 100 pounds.

I don’t sugar coat anything so you always know where you stand with me. I don’t believe in blowing sunshine up anyone’s ass because that’s not doing anyone any good. I’m not going to tell you that you can’t do this or don’t do that. Why? Because I know that’s the first thing you’re going to do.

You see me over there to your right? Yeah, that’s me. I don’t believe in before and after photos because there is no after. Yeah, you can achieve your goals BUT then you have to work on maintaining them! I’ve done this journey myself so I know how difficult it can be.

As Albert Einstein said, “The only source of knowledge is experience.” I’ve been where you are. I was raised in a family where food was revered and a way to celebrate any occasion. I had to clean my plate because “the starving children in Ethiopia would love to have what I’m throwing away.” I used food to help fill voids in my life. Food was my best friend and my worst enemy.

It wasn’t until I worked through my emotions that I learned the true benefits and purpose of food. That’s why I decided to become a health coach. I’ve gone down that rabbit hole of buying supplements, diet pills, exercise routines, and so on. If those things worked, I wouldn’t be here right now selling myself to you as a health coach.

I’m a no bullshit kinda girl – I say what I mean and I mean what I say. I don’t pass judgement because that’s not my job; my calling is to help you learn your habits and change them. That’s what this is all about. YOU do the work…I don’t do it for you. And, I’m gonna tell ya, it’s not easy.
