What a Health Coach IS
A health coach is someone who is highly trained and certified in habit change. Someone who helps you navigate through the obstacles of your journey. We don’t focus solely on health either. Why? Because how we do one thing is how we do everything. Our habits dictate how we do everything in our lives; from handling money, parenting, loving, to eating. A health coach listens to your concerns and helps you discover where and why you’re struggling.

Do I Need a Health Coach?
Have you tried everything to lose weight and it’s still not working? Are you completely unmotivated and are looking for someone to be that foot up your ass? Do you need advice, support, and accountability to help you reach your goals? If you answered “Yes” to any or all of these questions, you would seriously benefit from working with a health coach.
What a Health Coach Is NOT
A health coach is not a dietician, a nutritionist, a personal trainer, a therapist or anything like that. There aren’t any meal plans or fitness routines provided. We don’t tell you want to do or what not to do. We’re not your boss and we’re not going to do the work for you.
